Hauntingly Beautiful: Unreal Video Tours Of Vancouver’s Derelict Mansions

A filmmaker is creating hauntingly beautiful videos of Vancouver's vacant multi-million dollar mansions in the Point Grey neighbourhood.

A Vancouver architecture filmmaker has taken on a passion project that’s resulting in hauntingly beautiful videos of Vancouver’s vacant multi-million dollar mansions… in all their derelict glory.

It all started last summer when Corbie Fieldwalker would walk his dog in the Point Grey neighbourhood… he’d notice and be drawn to these massive properties in various states of dilapidation.

Here are 3 of his films we’re sure you’ll find captivating:

1. 1784 Drummond Drive
Listed @ $19.8M | Recently Sold

2. 4749 Belmont Avenue
Listed @ $25.8M in 2015

3. “Pool House”

Fieldwalker has shot 5 homes so far and is considering a documentary project.

Many of the homes have sat vacant for 5+ years, as investment properties.
