Victoria Police is asking for your help identifying a young man who is a “person of interest” in an investigation connected to an incident on March 17th, 2016.

He’s described as “a caucasian male, aged 19 to 20 years old, standing 6’ 2” to 6’3” tall with dark hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a green St. Patrick’s Day necklace, a black t-shirt and black pants…”
